Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Twig Flicks Studios Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due the day before the session/event date. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hour notice, subject to availability. Cancellations will forfeit the deposit. Session Duration Please arrive on time. Delays may result in a shortened session, as we must respect other appointments. A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. After that, late fees may apply, or the session may be rescheduled at our discretion. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Sessions) Sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather, as determined by Twig Flicks Studios Staff. Deliverables Final edited photos/videos will be delivered within 7-14 days after the session. Additional edits or prints can be requested for an extra fee. Client Rights & Usage Twig Flicks Studios retains the rights to use images/videos for marketing unless otherwise agreed upon. Refund Policy Deposits are non-refundable except in the event of photographer cancellation.
